You may have heard last week that Toronto's two city-run ski hills, Earl Bales Park and Centenial Park , were at risk of being shut down since no private owners had stepped up to operate them. It appears both hills have been given a stay of execution, at least for the coming season. The city council has voted to restore...

The season has been chugging along and my time at Valle Nevado has been awesome. A sweet mix of snow storms and sunshine kept me out in the snow lapping up the powder non-stop the whole time I was there... A few more days then I'll be heading down to the city to plan for the next mission. Riding the chairs at Valle Nevado...
