Think you have the best skate shop team in Canada? It's time to prove it.
Push.ca and C1RCA got brainstorming on an idea for a unique contest that will bring skateboarding back its most important and rare breed: The skate shop. Skateboarding is more popular then ever and it's time to give your skate shop, your crew, and your talents the national recognition they deserve. C1RCA STORE WARS will make this possible.
If you're a filmer, get your shop's team together and go filming. If you're a skate rat with no home, get you're local shop to build a team and make a video. If you're sitting on footage, this will be your best means of showcasing it. And if you're the shop claiming The Best team in town? Go film, edit, and prove it.
Creatively this project is up to you and your team. Film it however you like, edit it with as much or as little skating as you like. All you NEED to do is upload your 3-5 minute entries to PUSH.CA/STOREWARS for the world to see by Octover 31st. Ten finalists will then advance to online voting and a panel of judges will elect Canada's Best Shop Skate Team.
This contest is for the shop, for the filmers, for the editors, for the skaters, for skateboarding.
Enter your shop in C1RCA Store Wars, presented by Push.ca. The contest is open to authorized C1RCA dealers across Canada, and you can enter by uploading your shop team video directly to Push.ca starting this October. The best video entry will win:
- Shop video profile and advertising campaign on Push.ca
- Electronics prize pack valued at $5,000
- Custom C1RCA shoe designed specifically for your team and the shop
Get going! Now's the time to get ready. We'll be looking for fresh footage in your videos, which should be 3:00 to 5:00 minutes long. Creativity and quality counts, so round up your shop team riders and employees and get ready to start filming. Our judging panel, along with public voting, will pick the finalists and overall winner.
