Its been a long journey over the last 48hrs with an hours sleep each were almost dead and can barley speak. a true test mental and physical endurance. thank god, some dude's back in the day figured out what coffee was all about.... and today we have access to Rockstar energy combined with coffee. best of both world if you ask us.

Its been an absolutley amazing weekend here at grouse mt. fantastic! so much fun and memories that will last a life time.

We'd like to huge thanks to everyone single person involved. so much spirit and enthusiasm was shown by all. unreal. 2010 here we come yo!

A massive thanks to the sponsers for organising and throwning this jam. DC, push.ca, Grouse Mt and Rockstar and coffee for keeping us alive over the weekend. although, we're not sure if we'll make it through the week. An enormous thanks to the Folks on hand rotating 24hrs a day for us. Matt from push teaching me how to use a mac for the first time and helping josh build his mac skills considering he's own a mac for three years and is completely computer illiterate. ... DC knows where its at keep that excellent HR policy going. All you young ladies were great. and very welcoming and there 24hrs a day lending a hand! champions. big pat on or back.... or a kiss what ever you prefer...

The ice was a little ruff but still great for a little pond hockey, or my favorite figure skating. There's nothing more manly and sexy for woman than a man in tights with a nice "bulge". Chazz forgot that crashing on ice hurts more than snow, but soo worth it. Remember what Jimmy use to say, "If you can dream it you can do it". Let's see what we can do with ower free ice time and wonderful crowed hear at Grouse.

Well as you can see Chazz took one for the team, some people would say he took one for the hole country. Time for old Chazzy boy to hang up his skates and take up a new sport like Snowboarding. We will miss those sweet tights on you, Hopefully we will see your presence on the ice again...

Surprise visit from wanna be pro photographer

As night approached we set off to the park with our new ride's to put them to the test. With DC being fairly new to game at producing snowboards we were both pumped to see how they handeled, especially under these now rock soild conditions. hmmm, edges? wonder what that will be like.

With 'Pro photographer' Brian Hockenstein offering his skills to shoot for a few laps we were stoked we got to ditch the camera for once and 'enjoy the ride more'.... time for a few laps before dinner.....

With a mighty new DC blade in hand, Dougie chopped his way to victory in his own unique style. Chopping through 12 whole carrots in 30 seconds flat. maintaining all ten fingers. Just. Stay tuned for more infomercials with Billy Mays and team showcase... Winning prize for the chop off was a brand new DC snowboard each, which could not have come at a better time. On that note, I was so stoked I gave my old board to a local shredder who had broken his board on the hill today. I was happy to give him the board cause I wanted to strap on my new DC board asap.. Thanks DC, you rule..

So with 28hrs gone and not even a wink of sleep and rotten feet (Seriously. our boots have been off 15 mins since 8am Friday). Mr Sandman was calling over name over and over again, we pretended not to hear him but his chant was just getting louder. We busted out our ipods, cranked on some slayer, at least I was. Although, I'm pretty sure I heard Elton John blaring out of Dougie's ear phones when I asked him when brekie was going down at today...... We return back to base to drop another fun filled blog for you lot. enjoy the ride more!

So its around 6am and well over the 24hr mark without sleep. Rest being blogging to you guys which kinda sucks right now as our brains have pretty much shut down and i'm seriously struggling to string a coherent sentence together never mind type. We are now communicating through a combination of mumbling, hand signal and grunts. That aside its still absolutely hilarious.

Her eye's were bright blue like the morning sky, I thought it was gravy until she dropped the "H" bomb. He jumped from his snow-limo in a flash, show me his ring finger and challenged me to dule. old school steez's...... So with 48hrs of shredding left in front us, I kindly refused in fear of sustaining perhaps a fatal injury. We fled the scene with our banana's in our pockets and headed for the slopes. Let the games begin. Whooooooo!

Friday the 13th, unlucky for some.... there's been sightings of Jason Borhees up here at Grouse Mt. If we see him we will cerntainly beat the living s*#% out of him or perhaps join him in this reign of terror....

So, a last minute phone call around the midnight hour with a little push.ca from 'Lenny' we decided to embark on this 48hr's of winter mission to Grouse Mt with 4hrs of what 'they' call 'sleep'....which apparently is just a habbit man has become a custom too throughout the evolutionary journey. we hit up old timmy hoe's and its on for the next 48 hrs. whoop whoop!. apparently at timmy's your not allowed to take pictures of there employees. And yes, yet again Josh fail's to score her phone number, even with a bribe of ten whole dollars... better luck next time pal! On that note, and with Valentine's day rapidly approaching us single young men, embarked on a quest to find a mate, bananas in hand...

Its another beautiful day in British beautiful Columbia when we arrive at Grouse Mt equipped with all our gear ready for the most fun filled weekend since the hoola hoop was envented. Needlees to say we were extremely dissapointed, in fact I was heart broken to hear that Mountain Safety had outlawed our super modified DC Snowracer picture below. All god dam night we worked on this puppy! dreams shattered....

We had been training since christmas on this baby with hopes of qualifying for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.... "We took the restricter plate off the old red dragon to give it a little more juice. She's not exactly street legal".... Too bad.
