Hello, My Name Is: Chad Dickson
Posted On Oct 22 2008, 05:06 PM by mscott

You know how it goes, right? The good ol' fill-in-the-blanks interview format? Well, that's exactly what Mikey Scott did with Chad Dickson. Read on and learn more about this London-turned-Vancouver skater.

What up! My name is Chad Dickson.

A.K.A. Chief.

I was raised in a small town that you probably never even herd of, so I'm just going to say London, Ontario. Trust me; it's just easier this way.

The reason you're reading this about me is I don't know... Mike Scott asked me to do this.

Right now I'm working on a new skate video by Jarvis Nigelsky called City of New Lights. It's going to be sick; tons of good people up in there. I think that it's due out next summer.

3 Flip. Brian Caissie sequence.

But I'd rather be doing nothing else but skateboarding for life!

My most prized possession is my MacBook.

But I'd give it all away for lots of money!

The first thing I do in the morning is get up at 2:00 pm and go to the local breakfast spot, eat some food, then come home and watch Maury.

The last thing I do at night is a TV session and with some cigs in there.

My parents always told me use protection!

Switch FS Shuv. Brian Caissie sequence.

I love it when people are generous.

I hate it when people are drama queens.

The most beautiful thing I've ever seen is the spring time in the Yukon. Nuts.

If you ever see me walking down the street make sure to stop and say hey!

I lose control when people won't clean up after themselves.

My most notable run in with the law is I actually don't remember.

The last time I swore I'd never drink again was after a night of...actually, I think I say that every time after a night of drinking.

My future projects and plans include a lot more skateboarding and a lot less drinking!

Before I leave, I'd like to give a shout out to my moms, dad, sister, all my friends, all the sponsors (S&J, Expedition, Underworld, DC), my girlfriend and everyone else that I missed. Holla!
