The fifth stop of the DC Nationals went down this past
weekend in Poco, BC. With the King Of Montreal coming up at the end of August,
our line up of competitors is getting stacked with some of the best talent this
country has to offer. With two more contests to go, it's only getting better.

Justin Wely - 5th
He was killing everything in the warm up and no one really
knew who he was. One of those "Holy! See that guy, who is he?" kind of guys.
Justin ripped hard during the entire warm up, but had a hard time landing on
the board during the jams. We're glad he came through and will be with us in
Montreal.

Jamie Walker - 4th
Jamie is one the smoothest, relaxed skaters I have ever
seen. His style is untouchable; seriously he's so fun to watch skate. He
cruised around the jams stomping tricks in each area keeping it fresh and
upbeat. A manual master with the ability to skate anything.

Sam Guay - 3rd
Sam actually comes from Montreal, so he's hyped to make it to
the finals and rep his home city. Sam came crashing into the course hitting the
big rail with ease and throwing down on the stairs.

Dustin Locke - 2nd
It was a tough choice for the judges who would win the day.
Dustin was on point the whole day with a lot tricks on everything and was
defiantly in contention for the win. Dustin skates with power and a big bag of
tricks, so we're hoping to see him at the finals.

Gabby Ivanov - 1st
The day belonged to Gabby: his control of his board is
pretty amazing when you realize that his trick choices seems to be hard
for anyone else, yet Gabby can put them down with finesse. He is a very, very
good skater and I can't wait to see what he does at the King Of Montreal.
