Odds are that wherever you are in Canada, you're in the thralls of some form of winter (extra rain in Vancouver, snow anywhere else), so take this collection of photos however you will. You can let them drive you further into the winter blues, acting only as a reminder of what you can't do, or you can use it as motivation...

So we've covered ollies , asking "are they really a trick?". If the ollie is the foundation of tricks, then the kickflip is a building block for all flips. Odds are you probably got the hang of kickflips while screwing up some ollies. Like so many tricks that came afterward, Rodney Mullen gets credit for the invention...
